
The singer and actress Rosita Serrano was born as Maria Martha Esther Aldunate del Campo in Chile. In a life full of adventure Rosita went to Berlin in 1937 and started a career as singer.
As movie star she became famous in the movies “Es leuchten die Sterne” (1938), “Bel Ami” (1939) and “Herzensfreud – Herzensleid” (1940).
Due to political reasons and the ascendancy of the Nazi regime in Germany, she went to Sweden in 1932.
Rosita returned to Germany in 1951 and had big success in two more movies – “Schwarze Augen” (9551) and “Saison in Salzburg” (1952).
